In the silence
Of alone
I sink and rest
In sand like stone

As heavy weight
On such soft ground
That heals the pressure
My souls around

And as the earth
Supports my form
As from it's giving
New strength is born

I arise again
To hear the sounds
That gather
And my soul surrounds

I then give back
To silence with thought
Finding truth
In all it taught

In it's quite sacredness
Solitude embraced
Found and gave me comfort
And worries all erased

I know it now
A blessed place to be
To not fear ever again
Of finding only me
